How long does it take to get my item?
Most of my items are customized for you, unless you are shopping in the Ready To Ship section of the website. Each product will clearly state the turn around time. Generally speaking, on custom items I run a 3 week turn around time for most tumblers. If you order a custom tumbler or option I don’t have on hand, that may extend your time frame. For ready to ship items, I ship within 3 business days of your order being placed.
Once you place your order, I will contact you with an estimated shipping time frame.
Payment & Shipping
I ship via USPS in most cases. I offer free ground shipping that can take 5-7 business days. You have the option to upgrade your shipping to a faster method, but you are responsible for additional shipping charges.
If you are interested in other shipping methods not available when you check out, contact me. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
This really depends on where you live and how the post office handles your package. Most places are 3-5 days in transit. I will provide a tracking number for you so you can track your package.
You can contact me anytime at tiffany@thecreativepenguins.com, or join my Facebook group, CreativePenguins to send me and instant message!
Since most custom items are made to order, I don’t generally accept returns unless I have made a mistake on your order. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me so we can work something out. I want each of my customers to be happy and come back again and again!
Other Information You Should Know
- Tumblers are handmade items, and while they are built to last, you will need to take some care with them. Tumblers should not be placed in the dishwasher or soaked in standing water, ever. It will cause damage to the seal and you will end up with a white film and mold growth. Tumblers are metal and should not be placed in the microwave. Leaving your tumbler in a very hot car may cause your epoxy to soften up or discolor. Please hand wash your tumblers.
- I am a pet person and have pets in my home. I don’t let them into the studio while I am working, and I do my absolute best to de-fur myself before working on your items. However, your tumbler may come in contact with a pet hair at some point. Rest assured, pet hair will absolutely not be accompanying your final product!
- I would love seeing my creations in use, and feedback and ratings are ALWAYS welcome. Add a review to the product directly through the website, or send me pictures of your items in action to tiffany@thecreativepenguins.com! Disclosure – I might use pictures on the website, so please make sure to tell me not to if you want anonymity.
