THOROUGH TESTING
I really want to make sure you are getting the best quality item possible. I have tested each type of blank tumbler I offer over 6 months of regular use to make sure that it holds up over time. I test durability, ability to keep drinks hot and cold, leak resistance on leakproof lids, and overall durability resistance to scratches and dents. I practice each new design technique multiple times before releasing it for purchase. My efforts ensure you can be confident you are getting a great product that will last for years to come!

CHOICES
If you wanted a boring tumbler that will fall apart or fail after a few washes, you would go to a big box chain. You are spending quality money for a handmade item, and you expect it to last. I understand that! I purchase high quality materials, including 100% polyester glitter that won’t lose it’s shine, custom cotton lycra fabrics that cling to the cup perfectly, and high quality pigments and dyes that are safe to use with epoxy. I also use FDA compliant epoxy. I want to make sure you get the highest quality product I can produce!

My ultimate goal is to provide you with an amazing, one of a kind, custom item that you love and will cherish. I want that item to last and for you to love it. With proper care, your tumblers should last years. Remember to follow the care instructions provided, and don’t put your cup in the dishwasher, soak the outside in water, microwave it, or put it in the freezer. It is a handmade item, and it does need a little TLC. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase once received, contact me, and I will make it right!
