About

The Creative Penguins was started by Tiffany Black back in 2016 as a hobby business.  Initially focusing on handmade children’s clothing, the business has evolved to other art and mediums.  Tiffany found a love of resin art, and devoted herself to learning the ins and outs, focusing on custom stainless steel tumblers.

We stock over 20 different stainless steel tumblers and have access to even more styles, so you can be sure to always get exactly what you want. Need something leak proof? We have that! Does it have to fit in a small cup holder? We have you covered! Want to keep your water ice cold all day? We have that, too!

SUPERIOR QUALITY

You don't need to worry about the quality of your tumbler. Each tumbler is carefully prepped prior to being customized, and after completion, it is quality checked by 3 people. We use high quality materials and scratch resistant countertop epoxy that is rated up to 450 degrees. With proper care, your tumbler will last for years to come!

CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR PREFERENCE

When ordering custom items, you get to choose what you really want. You will choose your cup, both the size and shape. You will choose what type of tumbler you want, whether that be a solid or ombre glitter, fabric, or more involved techniques, such as plaids, marble or milkyways. You get to choose your colors and fabric from the large selection of in stock options I have available. You can also choose to add a decal, either name or saying, and what color you'd like that. If that seems overwhelming, I'm happy to guide you through the process. I also have a ready to ship section with some of our more popular options that can still be customized with your name!

WE DON'T CUT CORNERS

Prior to boxing up your tumbler for shipping, it goes through a rather lengthy process. To start, your tumbler is prepped by sanding and painting. Then, depending on design, glitter, mica, pigment, ink, or fabric is applied. The cup is then give it's first coat of epoxy. Then the cup is sanded, designs elements are added, and epoxied again. Once again, the item is sanded, final design elements are added, and one more coat of epoxy is added. Epoxy has a minimum cure time of 72 hours, and in most cases, 3 coats are required. My turn around time for most tumblers right now is 3 weeks. This gives ample dry time between steps, and ensures a beautiful finished product.
